Welcome to the Garden of Life Coaching Program!
During the 8 weeks we will work together you will learn to:
Cultivate Your Garden - Learn how to prepare for making lasting change in
life. Discover how taking the time to prepare for change can make a huge
difference in your overall results.
Plant Your Life Garden - Discover what you want, create a map to get
there, learn the tools of visioning, visualization, affirmation and mindmapping.
Pulling The Weeds - Eliminate the thoughts, habits and people who are not
nurturing your growth. Discover the healing power of forgiveness.
A Little Water & "Miracle" Grow - Using the Law of Attraction, the
power of Possibility, focus and desire. Learn about the energy within yourself,
how to shift this energy and the potential in combining with someone else's
energy.
And that's just the beginning...
This program is designed for you to learn to facilitate change within
yourself whenever you desire. It is a spiritual journey to self-
transformaion. There are weekly assignments including journaling, practicing
new behaviors, readings, movies to watch, etc. Each assignment will stretch
you a little and provide a fun way to grow.
This is a new program, and I am only accepting three new clients. This
program is discounted to $249 and includes a weekly 30 minute coaching
call session, information on how to share these tools with your family, and
one Learning Strategies Paraliminal CD that addresses your specific
needs. Future versions of this program will cost $499. As one of the
first to enroll in this coaching program you will be saving $250! This version of
the program is for one individual.

Do you have a group of friends you would like to go through this program

once a week by phone for 45 minutes. The combining of individual energy to

Life is NOT a Fairytale...
It's SO MUCH BETTER!!!
I am SO excited to finally be facilitating this program which has been in the
works for over a year! This is the Super Duper, Take Charge of Your
Life Program for children! It's about the Inside World, The Outside World
and The ONEside of the Spiritual World where everything is connected! The
tools your child will learn will make a massive change in how they are able to
filter out negative media, resist peer pressure, build self-esteem and find joy
and purpose right now in their life! In addition, all the tools to set and
achieve goals, learn to visualize and vision, and so much more will be covered!
Introducing...
Life Is Not a Fairytale...It's SO MUCH BETTER!
We begin with the Fairytales. Which ones did they grow up with? What did
they learn from them? What messages did they send? We will discuss and
discover life misconceptions that were created in these fables. We will take
the old storylines and rewrite them to create an empowering Happily Ever
After for the characters.
Then we get to translate those ideas into creating a Happily Ever
After in real life! They'll learn about being the Main Character of their life
script, teaching them leadership and self esteem. They will learn how to
unload their minds of useless storylines and how to channel their energy into
actions that create change. The influences of media and peers will be
discussed and how to find their individuality among a world of Prince and
Princess copy cats. We will discuss how parents aren't ogres, they're people
too; strengthening the parent/child relationship. Health of body, mind and
spirit will be taught. Tools such as the Mirror Exercise, the Gratitude
Exercise and Forgiveness will be focused upon.
There will be journaling activities, drawing, watching movies, reading (younger
children will read children's books, older children will read passages from
selected Personal Growth books).
To facilitate change in the child, this is a family program. Although the
calls will be with the child, the assignments should be done together when
applicable. Some of the journaling may be personal, so that will be individual.
If you have a child who could use growth in any of the following,
this program is for them:
Since this is a new program, I am only taking three children for now. I will
create a waiting list for others who are interested in providing this program to
their child(ren). The cost of the program is only $197 for 8 weeks and
includes a weekly 30 minute individual coaching call, family and
